It was a fabulous holiday season from Lindsay's birthday through Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We were so thrilled that David and Lindsay joined us for the holidays. Pretty close to a perfect holiday.
We had our traditional Eberhardt Christmas Eve party on the 23rd. I love celebrating the day before because no one is ever in a hurry to get to another home and we enjoy the evening. It is so fun for John and I to encourage Santa to make an extra trip before the 24th and watch the faces of our grandchildren. Priceless! I also love the a quiet Christmas Eve day - I need it to recover from the night before.
Here are some of the highlights:
John and Sandi are going to the BVI's sailing in April
Hopefully, a new gift card tradition
Sandi, Lindsay, and Lincoln addicted to Angry Birds
London acting out the part of a tourist during the nativity
Soy Tad acting as baby Jesus - I couldn't find Betsey Wetsy
Alex being over the top excited when Santa called out his name
Addy walking right up to Santa and sitting on his lap - last year she wanted nothing to do with him
Watching
