Last night we had a girls cousins night. This event had been planned for awhile as we were going to the symphony and see the performance of Peter and the Wolf. The night before we watched videos of Peter and the Wolf and talked about the instruments and the story. The tradition is that the girls sleep on the floor of the guest room and watch Sleeping Beauty until they fall asleep. When they wake up in the morning Pops fixes breakfast and then the girls get a bubble bath. We were off to the symphony early so we could get could parking. The girls were so excited when we walked in and they got to play the instruments that represented the characters of Peter and the Wolf.
It was a great time and the only thing missing was Kate.
