It's a Friday night and things are now quiet enough to share thoughts about our trip to Bali. Bali is in Indonesia. It was hot but the humidity is what wore me down. It is a beautiful island with friendly, and beautiful people. We traveled with our friends Mark and LaFaunda Curtis. LaFaunda is an assistant advisor to me at the University of Utah Institute. Fortunately, we both think we are pretty funny and we traveled extremely well together. Mark and John became great friends as well. Golfing does that for men. Some of the things we did were: white water rafting, riding elephants, feeding monkeys, holding a boa constrictor, reading, snorkeling, and sunning. It was so restful that the 20 hour plane ride was a breeze. Good friends - good times.
